What a Damned Good Idea!

I just finished reading Bill Whittle's latest tour-de-force (Part I and Part II). I'm not as certain as he that Bin Laden is dead or captured, but on all other points I am in complete agreement.

As usual, I am humbled and envious of Mr. Whittle's skill, nay - talent... no, artistry with words. (Damn him!)

But having read Deterrence, and after nodding again and again with point after point I have concluded that Bill's suggestion at the end of the piece is well founded:
My friends, if any of you think this may in any way convince people unsure of what to think about this critical election, for God's sake print out as many NON-COMMERCIAL (Short form: that means, no charge) copies as you can and drop them out of airplanes if you are able. This election is entirely too close.
It's about 21 pages in a nice, large, readable font. Double-sided, only eleven pieces of paper. The language tends to grip the reader, so the length shouldn't be offputting to anyone but the most deficient mouth-breathers.

Let's spread this thing around to the computer non-literate. Let's each print up a copy or six and leave them in restaurants, in the wating areas of tire stores and doctors offices and where we get our oil changed. Because this election is entirely too close, in all meanings of the word.

And make sure that Bill's web address is prominent. Maybe make it the footer to each page.
